Our products are photographed and described to be accurately presented through our photos. Clients can email or DM us via Instagram for additional videos or schedule a video call prior to making a purchase. Our customers are aware that these items may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each crystal and differences in screen coloring.

However, we want all of our crystals and products to be received with love so please let us know if there is an issue. In the event that we do accept a return, a restocking fee and return shipping fee will apply.
